Does any of you own a smartwatch? Or maybe you know a lot about them? What's your opinion?

My friend has one, and I'd like it if it weren't so expensive. My issue is having to charge it. I have a Casio G-Shock that I love because it has a solar feature meaning it never needs a battery.

The main attraction for me is the ability to root it or use it with my rooted Galaxy so I can customize it in every which way. But, the biggest downfall is having a separate battery. No thanks.

If you have lots of moments where you wanted to check your phone, but it was inconvenient to do so, then a smartwatch may fill a need. Otherwise, not very useful, in my opinion.
